Master of International Relations (MAIR) courses are offered year-round, with each term lasting 15 weeks. View a sample schedule for the Master of International Relations program below. 

Sample Schedule (6 credit hours per term):

Semester 1 | 16 WEEKS

  • SISG-760 – Global International Relations 
  • SISG-763 – Research Design/Quantitative Methods

Semester 2 | 16 WEEKS

  • SISG-761 – Intercultural Communication 
  • SISG-762 – Global Governance

Semester 3 | 16 WEEKS (8 weeks if Summer)

  • Introduction to Economic Theory (or a three-credit elective course if student has passed the Economics Placement Exam)
  • Concentration Course #1

Semester 4 | 16 WEEKS

  • SISG-764 – International Economics
  • Concentration Course #2
  • Optional: 0-credit on campus immersion

Semester 5 | 16 WEEKS

  • Second Methods and Analysis Course
  • Elective Course Capstone (always 16 weeks)

Semester 6 | 16 WEEKS (8 weeks if Summer)
